Subject: Domino Web Access Authentication issue
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Domino Web Access (DWA)
Technical Area: Administration
Platform: Windows 2003 server
Release: 8.0.2
Reproducible: Always

We have recently setup DWA on one of our server, I have used Domcfg for login forms and Domino Web redirector to redirect to the mail files. Have enabled the option Don't URL open on all Database properties except DOmcfg, and Web Redirect database and ofcourse Mail files. All Mail files are on 8.0.2 template.

Maximum Internet Password is editor.

Everything went fine, but suddenly without any change(thats the fact), Users are unable to login to their Mails using HTTP, error: Internet Error(501) on the browser and YOU ARE NOT AUTHORISED TO ACCESS DB MAIL\XXX.

Checked the access on the mail db, all have editor access and are owners of their mail files. I have tried changing the password and trying it again, same issue. Restarted HTTP, server still the same.

I have tried accessing my mail file, its the same, only yesterday I was able to access my mail file. I have tried accessing Names.Nsf, it worked without any issue.

UNable to go forward from here...

What went wrong..??
